Pursue Your Calling
D.Min. with a concentration in Ministry Leadership Coaching
Fully Online Or Online Degree with Residency
The Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree, offered completely online or online with some required residency, is an ideal professional and terminal degree for those who serve in congregational or pulpit ministries, institutional or military chaplaincies, counseling ministries, missions agencies, parachurch organizations, or other ministry settings where advanced leadership skills are essential. You will engage in a tailor-made program that leverages high-impact education and maximum practical application in a multidenominational, ethnically diverse setting. You also will explore how to accurately discern vision and mobilize others to fulfill that vision. The Ministry Leadership Coaching concentration will prepare you to select, train, equip and deploy other leaders for ministry.
- Learn foundational coaching for healthy relationships, life focus, and for a variety of specific leadership-training needs.
- Examine current research on emotional and relational competence as you participate in peer coaching assignments.
- Interact with coaching leaders who are effectively integrating elements of human psychology and business into coaching.
- Be prepared to submit papers for presentation at international coaching conferences.
Advancement for those who serve the Church as consultants, coaches, marketplace leaders, parachurch executives or in many other ministry settings requiring advanced leadership skills.
Regent’s D.Min. program is among the first in the nation to receive approval by the ATS* to offer the degree completely online, with no residency. With an emphasis on senior-level leadership tools and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit, Regent’s online D.Min. Program — in either format — will help you take your ministry to the next level.
