DSL with a concentration in Ecclesial Leadership

Online Degree

The Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL), offered online with minimal on-campus residency, is a terminal professional degree that will help you meet today’s organizational challenges so that you’re prepared to renew and transform systems and teams. The DSL emphasizes leadership, communication, structure, team building and cultural understanding from a Christian perspective. You will be grounded in theory and practical components essential to organizational success. Through the Ecclesial Leadership concentration, you will study the theology and philosophy of the Church, as well as its organizational design. You will also explore the spiritual formation of the ecclesial leader and how you can develop as a leader in this important area of the Church.

  • Write and publish leadership-related topics in popular press publications and applied journals.
